Clamped scroll rect's scrollbar isn't updated when an item is deleted from its content
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "TestScene"
3. Run it
4. Scroll to the end of the list
5. Click remove
6. Notice that scrollbar isn't updated
7. Drag scrollbar a little (1 pixel is enough) and notice that it gets updated
Note: This issue is only present when Vertical scrollbar's value is equal to 0. If we changed it to, for example, 0.017 and then removed an item from list, the scroll rect would get updated.
Workaround: Instead of Clamped, use Elastic scroll rect
