Scrolling doesn't work with Apple Mighy Mouse A1152
Steps to reproduce :
- have an Apple Mighty Mouse A1152 connected
- open a longer script in Mono Develop
- try to scroll with the mouse and notice it doesn't work

Logitech Revolution MX the scroll wheel does nothing at all.

I'm also unable to use the scroll wheel to scroll within scripts or the preferences window in MonoDevelop 4.0.1. I'm using a Logitech AnywhereMX wireless mouse with OSX 10.9. I can click + hold and move the scroll bar to manually scroll, the problem is with the scroll wheel itself not scrolling.
