Scroll View and Vertical Layout GUI dirty scene on entering Play Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-submitted project
2. Save the Scene
3. Enter and then Exit the Play mode
4. Observe the Scene name in the Hierarchy Window
Expected result: Entering Play mode doesn't affect the Scene
Actual result: The Scene get modified, exiting the project would show a save prompt even though there were no new changes
Reproduced in: 2018.1.5f1, 2017.4.5f1, 2017.2.3f1, 2017.1.4p1
Not reproducible in: 2018.3.0a2, 2018.2.0b9
