Scroll bar in search result panel is very hard to click on
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. cmd/k to open search window
2. Search anything valid
3. Try to move cursor above the scroll bar and click on it
*Actual results:* the cursor detection is very unforgiving, only allows a tiny bit of width for mouse click, slightly to the right and it'll turn into the resize cursor
*Expected results:* user should be able to click on scroll bar easily when cursor is above the scroll bar
*Reproducible with versions:* neutron, 6000.0
*Tested on (OS):* Mac
