Scripts lose reference to a dll when Auto Reference is toggled off and on in dll Import Settings
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Auto_Reference_repro"
2. In the Assets folder find fun.dll
3. In General tab of fun.dll Import Settings toggle Auto Reference off and on
4. Observe the script "thisLosesReference" lost reference to fun.dll
Expected result: The script finds a reference to the dll when Auto Reference is on
Actual result: The script fails to find a reference to the dll when Auto Reference is on
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0b3, 2019.1.0a2
Note: Auto Reference in Import Settings of dll's was introduced in 2018.3
