Scripts do not have a changed icon in the Project and Inspector windows when using IconAttribute
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-135694.zip” project
2. Navigate to the Project window
3. Observe the “NewMonoBehaviourScriptr.cs” and the “NewScriptableObjectScript.cs” assets
Actual result: Their icon is set to the default script file icon
Expected result: Their icon is set to “distance_lod.png”
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0b3, 6000.0.70f1, 6000.3.11f1, 6000.4.0b12, 6000.5.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2023.3.0b2
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.7.3 (M1 Max)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Workaround: Setting it manually by pressing on their icon on the top left of the Inspector
Note: ScriptableObjects created by the script have their icon set
