[Scripting] Script doesn't update when "Recompile After Finished Playing" is selected in Preferences
With "Recompile After Finished Playing" preference selected, changing script in play mode and saving the changes, does not reflect in Unity.
Note:
1. Refer attached video
2. Workaround #1: Right-click in Project window > Refresh
3. Workaround #2: Send Unity to the background and then back to the foreground
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Unity > Create new project
2. Assets > Create > C# script
3. Edit > Preferences
4. General > Script Changes While Playing > Recompile After Finished Playing
5. Play scene
6. Open script > Edit script
7. Stop play mode in Unity
Actual result:
Unity does not recompile the changes made to the script
Expected result:
Unity compiles the script when it exits play mode
Reproduced in:
2019.2.0a1, 2019.1.0a14, 2019.1.0a13
Working fine in:
