[Scripting] "Opening Project in Non-Matching Editor Installation" warning shown on creating new project from command line
Creating a new project from command line shows Upgrade warning
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Command Prompt or Terminal
2. Navigate to the installation path
3. Type command > Unity.exe -createProject "C:\Temp"
Actual result:
"Opening Project in Non-Matching Editor Installation" warning is shown
Expected result:
New project creation should not show Upgrade option
Reproduced in:
2019.2.0a5 (d86ab155337e), 2019.2.0a4, 2019.1.0b3, 2019.1.0a12
Working fine in:
2019.1.0a11, 2018.3.0f2
