"Scripting Class given argument must not be null" when dragging compiling script onto a GameObject twice
Reproduction steps:
1. Open new Unity project
2. In Project window, create a new script
3. While the script is compiling, drag it onto the 'Main Camera' GameObject in the Hierarchy window twice
Expected result: No error
Actual result: "Scripting Class given argument must not be null."
Reproducible with: 2020.2.4f1, 2021.1.0b6, 2021.2.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.31f1, 2019.4.20f1
