[Scripting] Changes in the Script using Visual Studio 2019, are reflected in the Editor even if Auto Refresh is unchecked
When Auto Refresh is unchecked, the changes from a script are not updated in the editor unless it is refreshed.
This works with Visual Studio 2017. However, when Visual Studio 2019 is used, changes in the scripts are reflected in the editor without refreshing it across all versions of unity.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a new project.
2) Edit > Preferences > General
3) Disable Auto-Refresh Checkbox
4) Create a new Script & Edit it.
5) Focus on Unity Editor.
Actual Result:
Changes made in the Script are reflected in Unity even though Auto Refresh is unchecked
Expected Result:
Changes made in the Script are not reflected in Unity when Auto Refresh is disabled
Reproducible in:
2020.1.0a7, 2019.3.0b6, 2019.2.6f1,2019.1.6f1
Environment:
Windows 10 & macOS 10.14
