Script value in the inspector reverts to default after renaming public field in the script
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and import attached project. "PublicValueRenaming.zip"
2. Open scene: main
3. Select game object: obj
4. In the Inspector window: Change value field in test script to something not 5.
5. Edit that script in mono or visual, rename or refactor rename it to something else not "Value".
6. Inspect that field in the Inspector window.
Expected result: value of that field stays the same after renaming it.
Actual result: value of that field reverts back to default after renaming it.
Reproduced on: 5.4.0b1, 5.3.1p1, 5.2.4f1
