Script Component is duplicated when dragging and dropping onto a GameObject via the Inspector window
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Create a new Script
3. Select any GameObject in the Hierarchy
4. Drag and drop the Script into the Inspector window
5. Observe the selected GameObject's Components
Expected result: Only one Script Component is added
Actual result: Script Component is added twice
Reproducible with: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.19f1
Not reproducible with: 2022.2.9f1, 2023.1.0b6, 2023.2.0a4
Fixed in: 2021.3.20f1
Reproducible on: macOS Ventura 13.1 (Intel), Windows 11
Note: The issue is not reproducible if, the Script is dragged and dropped onto the GameObject in the Hierarchy window
