Scene is marked as modified when UIDocument is selected in the Hierarchy
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached ‘Test_UI_Toolkit.zip’ project
2. Open the ‘SampleScene' scene
3. In the Hierarchy select 'UIDocument’
4. Observe the result
Expected result: A star which indicates the modification of the scene does not appear
Actual result: A star which indicates the modification of the scene appears
Reproducible with: 6000.2.1f1, 6000.2.3f1, 6000.3.0b1
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.57f1, 6000.2.0f1 (eed1c594c913)
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.6.1 (M1 Max)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
