Scene disappears from the build when renaming a scene via explorer
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a project
2. Create a new scene
3. Try to save the new scene
4. Add the scene to the Scenes in Build
5. Rename the scene via explorer
6. Observe, the scene disappears from the Scenes in Build
Expected result: Scene should appear in the Scenes in Build
Actual result: Scene does not appear
Reproduced with: 5.3.7p4, 5.4.4p2, 5.5.0f3, 5.5.1p2, 5.6.0b7
