[RuntimeUpgrade][Mono] Building iOS project with Mono scripting backend and .NET 4.6 runtime selected fails
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open empty project
2. Switch to iOS platform
3. Change 'Scripting Backend' to 'Mono'
4. Change 'Scripting Runtime Version' to .NET 4.6 and re-open the project
5. Try to build for iOS
6. Notice the build fails with a bunch of "Cross compilation job failed" errors (full error list can be seen in Editor.log)
Note:
Building standalone with Mono scripting backend and .NET 4.6 runtime selected does not fail.
Reproduced with: 2017.1.0b1
