Runtime generated meshes disappear when moving the Camera from the Meshes center and GPU Resident Drawer is enabled
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “gpu-drawer-culling-test.zip” project
2. Open the “OutdoorsScene”
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Press “Space” to generate a Mesh
5. In the Hierarchy Window, select the Main Camera
6. In the Scene View, move the Main Camera until it does not see the center of the Plane Mesh
7. Observe the Game View
Expected result: The Plane Mesh is shown
Actual result: The Plane Mesh is not shown on Main Camera
Reproducible in: 6000.0.50f1, 6000.1.4f1
Not reproducible in: 2022.3.63f1, 6000.1.7f1, 6000.2.0b4
