Regression
Yes
"Run in Background" does not work for fullscreen
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Go to player settings. Make sure "Run In Background" is enabled
3. Include the test scene and build&run
4. Select full screen. You'll notice a counter that goes up
5. Alt-tab and wait for a minute or two. Return to the game - the timer wasn't increasing in the background
Regression since Version 4.2.2f1
Note: This is specific to Direct3D 9. Enabling Direct3D 11 in the player settings will work around the issue. There will be a patch release for 4.5 with a fix shortly (http://forum.unity3d.com/threads/unity-patch-releases.246198/)

Same, things, makes multiplayer and stuff where people need to continue updating a complete pain. You can also freeze the game by moving the window around in windowed mode.
