Rotating a GameObject containing a Rect Mask 2D Component around the Z-axis skews it instead of rotating it
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (New Unity Project6)
2. Open the Test scene
3. Select the Canvas > Mask2D GameObject
4. Tweak the rotation around the Z-axis
Expected result: the image is rotated around the Z-axis
Actual result: the image is skewed
Reproducible with: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.4.7f1, 2019.2.2f1, 2019.3.0a12, 2020.1.0a1
Notes:
Disable the Rect Mask 2D Component to see the expected result
