The Animation clip is not playing when using StateMachineBehaviour OnStateMove() method
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached "RootMotion.zip" project
2. Play the Scene. Notice that Animations are working
3. Go to Assets -> "State" script and uncomment "OnStateMove()" method
4. Play the Scene
Expected result: The objects are animated
Actual result: The Animation clips are not playing

Resolution Note:
This is expected. Implementing OnStateMove disables the automatic built-in root motion for this state, so that you can implement it yourself. The animation is playing, but it only has animation curves that apply on the root joint, which you have just decided to override.
