Rigidbody with CapsuleCollider keeps bouncing when colliding with Box Collider of size 0.01
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project ("TestUnityProject.zip")
2. Open the repro scene ("SampleScene")
3. Enter the Play Mode and inspect the capsule
Expected results: Capsule falls down and stays on the ground
Actual results: Capsule keeps on bouncing on the ground
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0a5, 2018.3.3f1, 2019.0b1, 2019.2.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.19f1, 2018.3.0a4
Notes:
1. The only Cube's scale.y value which results in this behavior is 0.01
