Rider package is not loaded if there is an compilation error in the script
Prerequisites:
Open any version of Unity Editor and set "Preferences -> External Tools" to Rider
Steps:
1. Open attached project
==> There is no Rider package in the project and there is an compilation error in the script
2. Open Package Manager and Install latest Rider package
3. Double-click on the error in console
==> Rider could not load a solution since Rider package is not loaded
Workaround: Reopen the project

Resolution Note:
It will work if you restart the editor, where we compile and load what is possible. When the Editor is running we will only reload the assemblies if everything has compiled successfully.
This is by design and the workaround is to restart Unity.
