Rider freezes when trying to open a specific C# project
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the C# project (Assets->Open C# Project)
3. Wait for Rider to load
Expected result: Rider IDE opens up
Actual result: Rider freezes when loading the C# project
Reproducible with: 2021.1.0a1, 2021.1.13f1, 2021.2.0a20
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.13f1, 2021.2.0b1
Notes:
- On not reproducible versions there's a warning thrown that 'When loading, running or building project, MSBuild may execute potentially malicious code from its build scripts. Open only trusted sources'. Rider opens up successfully when selecting the 'Trust and Open' option.
- On reproducible versions, there are NullReferenceExceptions in the Rider log file (idea.log)
