[RG][Android][OpenGLES3] clearOnFirstUse parameter of RenderGraph.ImportTexture() does not clear the previous frame when built with OpenGLES3
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Switch to Android Platform
4. Build and Run
5. Observe the Player
Expected result: Red Cube moves to the right without leaving red trail
Actual result: Red Cube leaves a trail when moving to the right
Reproducible with: 6000.0.17f1
Could not test with: 2021.3.42f1, 2022.3.44f1 (Assets\Scripts\BugRendererFeature.cs(4,29): error CS0234: The type or namespace name 'RenderGraphModule' does not exist in the namespace 'UnityEngine.Rendering' (are you missing an assembly reference?))
