Instanced prefab rotation transform does not revert to prefab values
To reproduce:
1. Open project attached by the user
2. Open scene "main"
3. In the hierarchy window select Parent1 GameObject, expand it and select AB023 GameObject
4. Notice that transform's rotation is overridden (bold)
5. Right-click on rotation and press revert value to prefab
Expected : Overriding is cleared (rotation becomes unbold)
Actual : Overriding remains.
Reproduced with : 5.5.0f3, 5.6.1p2, 2017.1.0b8, 2017.2.0a2
Note : Happens on a very specific prefabs, was not able to reproduce from scratch.
