Resolution is reset when the Player is restarted
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "uwp-resolution.zip"
2. Build And Run the project
3. Press the "windowed 800x600" button at the top left of the Player
4. Restart the Player
Expected result: Resolution stays the same after the restart
Actual result: Resolution was reset
Reproducible with: 2019.4.38f1, 2020.3.33f1, 2021.3.1f1, 2022.1.0f1, 2022.2.0a11
