[Linux] Resizing Profiler Module Details panel and releasing mouse button outside Unity doesn't cancel resize

To reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Open Window > Analysis > Profiler
3. Start resizing the bottom Modules Detail panel
4. Release the mouse button outside Unity

Expected results: the resize command is canceled
Actual results: The resize command is not canceled and dragging the mouse back again to Editor the resizing continues

Reproducible with:
2021.2.9f1, 2021.3.6f1

Not reproducible with:
2020.3.36f1, 2021.2.8f1, 2022.1.8f1, 2022.2.0a19

Notes:
- Tested on Linux Ubuntu 20.04
- Does not reproduce on Win11, Win10, macOS BigSur 11.6.5, Ubuntu 18.04
- The issue is also reproducible with Profiler (Standalone Process)
