"requested a region that exceeds the active Render Target sized" is thrown when using ScreenCapture.CaptureScreenshotAsTexture
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Bugs.zip"
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Left mouse click on the Simulator view window
Expected results: No errors are thrown in the Console window
Actual results: "requested a region that exceeds the active Render Target sized" is thrown
Reproducible with: 2021.3.33f1, 2022.3.14f1, 2023.2.2f1, 2023.3.0a16
Reproducible on: Windows 11 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Resolution Note:
To get a reliable output from this method you must make sure it is called once the frame rendering has ended, and not during the rendering process. A simple way of ensuring this is to call it from a coroutine that yields on WaitForEndOfFrame. If you call this method during the rendering process you will get unpredictable and undefined results.
