Repeated Roslyn Analyzer entries in csproj files when regenerating project files with Visual Studio
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project from "1104488_WB-Roslyn.zip"
2. Navigate to Preferences > External Tools > select Visual Studio
3. Check all marks above "Regenerate project files" and click this button multiple times
4. In the projects directory, open e.g. "Unity.VisualStudio.Editor.csproj" with a text editor and see multiple entries
Expected result: Only one entry of the DLLs required is included in the first <ItemGroup> block
Actual result: Multiple entries are included
Reproducible with: 2020.3.6f1, 2020.3.20f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.31f1, 2020.3.5f1, 2021.1.24f1, 2021.2.0b14, 2022.1.0a11
Notes:
1. Reproduces in Windows and MacOS with Visual Studio
2. Does not reproduce with Rider
