ReorderableList elements don't keep "isExpanded" property state when changing the order
How to reproduce:
1. Open project "2022.1 Beta Project.zip"
2. Open "ReoderableListBug" Scene (Assets>ReordableListBug>ReoderableListBug)
3. In the Hierarchy window select "Bug" GameObject
4. In the Inspector window change order positions between the 2nd element "isExpanded: True" and the 3rd element "isExpanded: False"
Expected result: The 2nd element is "isExpanded: False" and the 3rd element "isExpanded: True"
Actual result: The 2nd element "isExpanded: True" and the 3rd element is "isExpanded: False"
Reproducible with: 2019.4.31f1, 2020.3.20f1, 2021.1.25f1, 2021.2.0b17, 2022.1.0a12

Resolution Note:
IsExpanded should be modified on the property directly, and not the value inside it for the isExpanded feature to work properly.
