Rendering Layer Mask is not highlighted when the property is overriden

2. Open the “OutdoorsScene”
3. Select the “CubePrefab“ Prefab in the Hierarchy
4. Change the “Rendering Layer Mask“ selection in the Inspector
5. Observe the Inspector
Expected result: Property is highlighted
Actual result: Property is not highlighted
Reproducible in: 2023.3.0a18, 6000.0.52f1, 6000.1.10f1, 6000.2.0b9, 6000.3.0a1
Not reproducible in: 2021.3.53f1, 2022.3.64f1, 2023.3.0a17
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (24H2)

- The Scene still gets dirty after changing the properties
- Similar behavior can be observed with the “Contribut Global Illumination” property; however, it regressed elsewhere, earlier
