Rendering Debugger currently selected Menu changes when entering Play Mode and more Menus appear
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open an HDRP Project
2. Navigate to Window > Analysis > Rendering Debugger
3. Select Lighting in the Menu List of the Rendering Debugger
4. Enter Play Mode
5. Exit Play Mode and observe the currently selected Menu in the Rendering Debugger
Actual results: When a Menu Item is selected in the Rendering Debugger and the user enters Play Mode and more Menus appear in the Rendering Debugger, the currently selected Menu index stays the same and if the Menu that was selected while the user was not in Play Mode moves to another index in the list, Rendering Debugger shows the Menu that took the previous selections spot in the list.
Expected results: If a user selects a Menu and enters Play Mode, that same Menu should stay selected, same behavior should happen when exiting Play Mode.
Reproducible with versions: 2021.3.37f1, 2022.3.26f1, 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.20f1, 6000.0.0b16
Tested on (OS): Windows 11
