[Rendering Debugger][Android][GLES3] Wireframe rendering mode is not supported by GLES3
How to reproduce:
1. Create a URP project
2. Switch platform to Android
3. Set GLES3 as only one Graphics API
4. Enable "Development Build" property in Build Settings
5. Build & run the project on the device
6. Double-tap screen with three fingers (to open Rendering Debugger view)
7. Go to "Rendering" section
8. Change "Additional Wireframe Modes" property from "Note" to any other value (e.g. "Wireframe", "Shaded Wireframe")
Expected result: Scene is rendered in wireframe mode
Actual result: Scene is not rendered in wireframe mode

Resolution Note:
PR 5458 (new UI displaying warning messages on platforms that potentially don't support wireframe) has been merged, so closing this case as won't fix.
