[RendererModule] Particle system gets stretched if Start Size isn't constant and Pivot is other than (0, 0, 0)
Update: this is by design. Updated tooltip to explain this.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "repro"
3. Select Particle system in hierarchy and notice that it's stretched
4. Change Start Size to Constant
5. Notice that Particle system is no longer stretched
Expected result: Particles are moved to new pivot position without being stretched
