Resolution Note (fix version 12.0.0):
Fixed in 2021.2.0a10 (URP 12.0.0)
AfterRendering and AfterRenderingPostProcessing are now actually different. The rendering is a queue of rendering operations and the new order provides different inject points/options to the user. Now the two different options are beneficial. It’s up to the user to decide what to do. It depends on the effect/shader which one is correct.
