1241537
Regression
No
Render Scale is not applied to the rendered image when 2D Renderer is used and HDR option is disabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project named "Case_1241537"
2. Open the Sample Scene and observe the game view
3. Select the UniversalRenderPipelineAsset
4. Adjust Render Scale while HDR and PostProcessing are turned off
Expected result: Game view starts to change when the Render Scale is adjusted
Actual result: Game view does not change when the Render Scale is adjusted
Reproducible with: 2019.3.13f1, 2020.1.0b9, 2020.2.0a10
Could not test with: 2018.4.22f1(2D renderer was not yet available)
Reproducible with package versions: 6.9.2, 7.3.1, 8.1.0, 9.0.0-preview.28(git master branch)
Notes:
1. The Game view adjusts if the HDR option is enabled
2. Graphics APIs tested: D3D11, D3D12, Vulkan
3. When Render Pipeline Asset is using forward rendering, Render Scale can be changed without having HDR enabled
