Render Pipeline Editor Resources asset isn't saved in the HDRP Default Settings upon closing the Unity Editor
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "hdrp_final.zip"
2. In the Menu bar, go to Edit > Project Settings...
3. In the Project Settings window, select HDRP Default Settings
4. Change "Render Pipeline Editor Resources" asset to "testAsset"
5. Close and reopen the Unity Editor, navigate to the previous Project Settings window
Expected result: "Render Pipeline Editor Resources" asset stays "testAsset"
Actual result: "Render Pipeline Editor Resources" asset resets to package default
Reproducible with: 7.3.1, 7.4.1 (2019.4.1f1), 8.1.0 (2020.1.0b13, 2020.2.0a15)
Couldn't test with: 2018.4.24f1 (No HDRP Default Settings)

Resolution Note:
Serializing this information in the editor resource asset would have bad consequences on builds as it would pull unwanted shaders in them.
We are planning on redoing our default setting system for SRPs in the next few months and this will fit better in there so it will be tackled as part of this initiative.
