Render Graph Viewer Resource list becomes shrunk after using a filter that yields no results
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP 3D Template project
2. Open Render Graph Viewer window via Window -> Analysis
3. Set the Resource filter to Nothing
4. Set the Resource filter to Everything
5. Observe the Resource List tab
Actual results: The Resource List becomes shrunk and only displays a fraction of the list
Expected results: The Resource List appears the same way as before setting the Filter to nothing
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.0b11, 6000.0.1f1
Not reproducible with versions: 2021.3.38f1, 2022.3.28f1, 2023.2.18f1, 2023.3.0b10
Tested on (OS): macOS 14.4.1
Notes:
- The issue is not completely consistent. If it does not occur, repeat steps 3-5
