Rename 'Troubleshoot Issue...' Help menu item
1. What happened
'Troubleshoot Issue' is grammatically incorrect as it should have an article 'an' or 'the' before 'Issue'.
IMHO, 'Unity Troubleshooter' is a good name for the menu item.
