[Regression] Specific layout with Timeline causes new empty project spam errors with NullReferenceException
How to reproduce:
1. Download attached project file
2. Press New Scene
3. Press New Project
Actual result: Constant getting the following error in Console Window.
"NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
UnityEditor.AnimationWindow.Update () (at C:/buildslave/unity/build/Editor/Mono/Animation/AnimationWindow/AnimationWindow.cs:84)....."
Reproduced with: 2018.1.0b4
Not reproduced with: 2017.3.0p3
Regression since: 2018.1.0b4
Workaround: Change Layout to Default
