[Regression] Significant cost increase for Physics related features
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Open Assets/Scene.unity
3. Open Window/Profiler
4. Press Play
5. Observe that the Physics system considerably slower than in the previous versions
Expected result: Physics related features should not cost significantly more than in 2017.1 and earlier versions
Reproduced in: 2017.3.0a3, 2017.2.0b6, 2017.2.0a4,
Not reproduced in: 2017.2.0a3, 2017.1.0p3, 5.6.3f1
Regression since: 2017.2.0a4
