[Regression] Imported .PSD file has visual artifacts
How to reproduce:
1. Download attached project 'PSD_Test.zip' and open "Scene" Scene
2. Apply bg_psd material to Quad
3. You can verify visual artifacts on the left side
Expected result: Imported .PDF file looks the same as the imported .PNG file (check attached images 'screenshot_png.jpg' and 'screenshot_psd.jpg')
Reproduced with: 2017.1.2p3, 2017.2.0p2, 2017.3.0b9, 2018.1.0a4
Not reproduced with: 5.5.5f1, 5.6.4p3
