[ReflectionProbes] Runtime probes are always updated on awake on the Standalone build
Steps to reproduce this issue:
1. Open the attached project ('ETReflectionProbes')
2. Open 'bug3' scene
3. It has a reflection probe and sphere with standard specular shader
4. Select 'ReflectionProbe' gameObject
5. Disable 'UpdateOnAwake'
6. Play the scene
7. Notice that the Sphere is black as the probe is not rendered
8. Build&Run on Standalone
9. Notice that the sphere is not black and looks as it was rendered once
If 'UpdateOnAwake' is enabled it looks the same on both editor and standalone
