ReflectionProbe.texture always returns null in HDRP
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "Unity_Reflection_Probes.zip" project
2. Open the "Reflection_Probes" Scene
3. Press the "Generate Lighting" button in the Lighting settings (Window -> Rendering -> Lighting)
4. Go to Custom -> Check reflection probes
5. Observe the Console log
Expected result: Texture: "'Reflection Probe-reflectionHDR (UnityEngine.Cubemap)'" is printed in the Console log
Actual result: "Texture: ''" is printed in the Console log
Reproducible with: 7.6.0 (2019.4.24f1), 10.4.0 (2020.3.3f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.4f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a13)
