Reflection Proxy Volume gizmo handles cannot be interacted with when resizing in the Scene View
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the “ReproProject“ project
2. Select the “Reflection Proxy Volume“ GameObject from the Hierarchy window
3. Change the size of the Reflection Proxy Volume component by using the Gizmo Handles in the Scene View
4. Observe the Scene View
Expected result: The Reflection Proxy Volume can be resized using the Gizmo Handles
Actual result: The Reflection Proxy Volume cannot be resized using the Gizmo Handles
Reproducible with: 2021.3.42f1, 2022.3.41f1, 6000.0.14f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro (22H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
