References to the asset are not updated when asset is replaced using AssetDatabase.CreateAsset
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project ("case_1162581-empty.zip")
2. Open the Test Runner and run the test
Expected results: CreateAsset should prevent you from replacing an asset, OR PPtr to the old instances should be resolved to the new instance after the CreateAsset
Actual results: Replacing an asset with CreateAsset keeps the old references
Reproducible with: 2017.4.29f1, 2018.4.2f1, 2019.1.7f1, 2019.2.0b6, 2019.3.0a7
