Redundant scrollbar appears in the "Platform Browser" window
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a project
- File -> Build Profiles
- Click the "Add Build Profile" button
- Select the "Embedded Linux" or "QNX" platform
- Resize the window
- Observe the scrollbar section
Actual results: Redundant scrollbar appears in the "Platform Browser" modal
Expected results: Scrollbar is not needed. No scrollbar
Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0a4
Not reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0a3
