RectTransform.GetWorldCorners returns incorrect position when Camera is moving
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open Test scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Move the camera around using the WASD keys
5. Observe the logged positions
Reproducible with: 2017.4.23f1, 2018.3.8f1, 2019.1.0b6, 2019.2.0a8
Actual results: there are now multiple positions reported in the Console window and the cube following the bottom left corner of the UI element is not able to stay in the correct position
Expected results: position reported in the Console window should not change while the camera is being moved
