Smaller than 32x32 Sprites can be set to non FullRect Mesh Type
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Select box
3. Check it's advanced settings
Expected result: Mesh Type cannot be set to Tight
Actual result: The sprite is set to this by default
