Rect Transform Anchors arrow icon doesn't collapse section in Inspector when clicking on it
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Create Image Game Object (GameObject -> UI -> Image)
3. Click on the arrow icon next to Anchors property in the Inspector
Expected result: Anchors section is collapsed
Actual result: Nothing happens
Reproducible: 2019.3.0a7, 2019.3.0a9
Not reproducible: 2017.4.30f1, 2018.4.3f1, 2019.1.0a1, 2019.1.9f1, 2019.2.0a1, 2019.2.0b9, 2019.3.0a1
Notes:
- The section is collapsed when clicking on 'Anchors' word
- The same issue affects Playable Director component's 'Bindings' when clicking the arrow icon
