Reassign ID popup in Sprite Editor does not work for PSD assets
Steps to reproduce:
- Open new editor project
- Import both attached Fei.psb and Square.png assets along with .meta files
- Select Square.png and open Sprite Editor, observe Invalid Sprite ID popup appears
- Select "Reassign ID" and Apply changes in Sprite Editor
- Repeat Step 3 and 4 on Fei.psb
- Observe Popup reappears after selecting Apply
Actual results: On PSB assets, Invalid Sprite ID popup reappears after Applying changes in Sprite Editor and changes are not saved
Expected results: Invalid Sprite ID popup should not reappear after Applying changes in Sprite Editor and changes should be saved
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.49f1, 6000.1.4f1, 6000.2.0b3
Not reproducible with versions:
2022.3.61f1 (observe Invalid Sprite ID popup doesn't appear)
Can’t test with versions:
Tested on (OS): Windows 11
Notes:
- This issue also applies to SpriteRect outside of bounds popup

Resolution Note:
This issue is caused by the layer IDs in the PSD file being in conflict. The layer names generate the layer IDs. To resolve this issue, users need to change the layer name in their own DCC tool.
